California Law Requires You Have a Hands Free Headset When Driving, Do You?
Starting on July 1st, 2008 all Californians will need a hands free cell phone headset if they wish to talk on their cell phone while driving. Here are some basics of the law:

While North Carolina doesn’t have a state-wide handheld ban, school bus drivers and minors (under 18 years of age) are banned from using a cell phone at all while the vehicle is in motion. This law also prohibits any use of technology associated with a mobile telephone while driving.
